Erin often jokes that after nearly seven years together, she’s still uncovering surprises about Khan, and Khan admits that Erin might still be the "weirdest woman" he’s ever dated. A game-changer came in 2022, when Khan popped the big question to Erin. It was a moment that would go down in history. The proposal happened on Erin’s birthday, in the stunningly picturesque Christchurch, New Zealand. Picture this: Willow Bank Wildlife Park, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature, and Khan had orchestrated a surprise proposal with a family of capybaras - yes, capybaras! The whole thing felt like a dream: a private moment shared with loved ones and wildlife, all wrapped up in the most perfect proposal setting.
It was as unique as their love story - which is the ultimate reminder that sometimes, the most unexpected beginnings lead to the most beautiful journeys. And as they stood hand in hand, ready to exchange their vows, it was crystal clear that their love will only grow stronger from there.
